   [2024-07-10 15:59:19,398] ERROR [KafkaServer id=2] Fatal error during 
KafkaServer startup. Prepare to shutdown 
   
   we meet same problem in produce enviroment, and we restart it  but can not 
work.
   
   zookeeper version: 3.8.1
   kafka version: 2.8.1
