Summary: DescribeConsumerGroupTest doesn't really test different
arguments

Following test cases only add describe types to group name and don't use it as
command arguments.
* testDescribeExistingGroupWithNoMembers
* testDescribeAllExistingGroups
* testDescribeExistingGroup
