Fix For: 4.0.0
KIP-1043 added Admin.listGroups as the one true way to list groups of all
types. As a result, the Admin.listXXXGroups methods are no longer required. We
can simply delete this method because it was never part of the public
interface, provided we do it in AK 4.0.
