1. `testFormatWithReleaseVersionAsFeature` should use `3.8-IV0` instead of
`3.9-IV0` as that is the version `metadata.version=20` needs.
2. `testFormatWithInvalidFeature` should remove `group.version` which is
unsupported by 3.9
