Currently Kafka MirrorMaker2 process's PORT is not configurable when the
MirrorMaker2 process is running.
This Jira addresses the Kafka MirrorMaker2 process's PORT will be configurable,
and with this we will be able to consume/observe the MirrorMaker2 JMX metrics
using this configurable PORT.
