We currently use the maven artifact `jfreechart` from
[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/jfreechart/jfreechart] which has since been
moved to a different namespace
`https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.jfree/jfreechart`.
This task is to update the code and the dependency with the latest namespace
and version
