[~apoorvmittal10] : Thanks for finding this. I think this is a bug introduced
in [https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/5332/files.] So far, the bug is not
exposed yet since we only create a sliced
FileRecords from an unsliced FileRecords, whose start is always 0. This will
break if a sliced FileRecords can be created from another sliced FileRecords.
