Summary: Validate responses from broker in
ShareConsumeRequestManager.

Currently, when we receive a response from the broker for
ShareFetch/ShareAcknowledge, we do not validate the responseData to be matching
the requestData especially the topicPartitions requested. For example in
ShareAcknowledge, we would process these responses and populate the callbacks
with unknown topic partitions, and miss the acknowledgements that were intended
to be sent.
