Currently, the Admin#describeFeatures method sends an API request to an
arbitrary broker or controller within the cluster. This approach has the
limitation that it does not provide information about the supported features of
a specific broker or controller. Furthermore, it may inadvertently lead users
to believe that feature support is a cluster-wide attribute
