Inspired by this PR removing the redundant kraft param from admin integration
tests.

We do have lots of other consumer tests, passing the same redundant kraft
argument. Ex. All consumer tests using
getTestQuorumAndGroupProtocolParametersAll and
getTestQuorumAndGroupProtocolParametersClassicGroupProtocolOnly and
getTestQuorumAndGroupProtocolParametersClassicGroupProtocolOnly I expect
