All metrics use the "kafka.<COMPONENT>" format apart from
org.apache.kafka.storage.internals.log:type=RemoteStorageThreadPool where we
used the "org.apache.kafka.<COMPONENT>" format.
We should update this metric name so it's consistent with the there ones. Since
metrics are part of the public API, this will require a KIP.
