This task is to improve/enhance the usability of the {{OAuthCompatibilityTool}}
based on the relevant section in
[KIP-1139|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-1139%3A+Add+support+for+OAuth+jwt-bearer+grant+type#KIP1139:AddsupportforOAuthjwtbearergranttype-OAuthCompatibilityTool].
It will also include some top-level documentation on usage in the Kafka
documentation.
