Hi,
I agree that Windows is not well supported, as I bumped into issues when trying
to set up Kafka (2.13-4.0.0) on Windows.
But after following a solution posted on Stackoverflow, I think it's working

Maybe this could be incorporated into the main Kafka project so that it would
