Heya [~yangpoan] and [~chia7712]! How much work is left on this KIP? Is it
almost completed or still requires work to be done? We are both past KIP freeze
and feature freeze dates for 4.2 so I am somewhat inclined to move this to 4.3
unless you have major objections :). Let me know!
