Refer - https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/22669#discussion_r3479173370 The reason why we need `drainAllSentResponses()` here is because there might be scenarios where the setup adds response to the output Eg. a lagging-follower leader benchmark that primes a follower's position by delivering a fetch (the leader must respond to that fetch).
