KRaftClusterTest is a huge test class, and we could slim it down by removing
some duplicate tests. For example, I believe
testCreateClusterAndCreateListDeleteTopic is already covered by another test in
the clients-integration-test module. If I'm wrong, another way would be to
rewrite those tests using ClusterInstance and then move them to the
clients-integration-test module.
