Hi, I’d like to work on this issue. I’ll start by reviewing the existing Kafka
Streams cross-version system tests and the static group membership
implementation, and then work on adding the positive and negative compatibility
test cases described here. Please let me know if there are any specific
considerations I should be aware of. Thanks!
