Review comment:
I didn't find a way of re-using the `MockProcessorContext`'s
`StreamsMetricsImpl` instance because of this test that needs to call
`Metrics#addReporter()`.
If we find a way we can get rid of the constructor
```MockInternalProcessorContext(Properties, Metrics)```
