I can definitely test a newer version. But it is hard to reproduce this error
to be able to test it effectively. I will give it a try nevertheless.
Also, I have observed this Warning on my Kafka broker cosole
2020-08-21 12:09:33,605] WARN Attempting to send response via channel for which
there is no open connection, connection id
<broker_ip>:9092-<application-ip>:46696-3389668 (kafka.network.Processor)
This warning keeps coming on all three brokers. Is this related to the existing
issue? If not can I get any information about this warning?
