Yes, I was doing the way you suggested, but there's test failed due to
that change: `testDeleteConsumerGroupOffsetsNumRetries` in
`KafkaAdminClientTest`. It put the `NOT_COORDINATOR` in partition error, and
expected to retry. That's why I changed to this.
