In [KIP-171](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-171+-+Extend+Consumer+Group+Reset+Offset+for+Stream+Application), We added support to allow users to specify to reset offsets to a specific position, not only to the earliest. But the tool description doesn't reflect this change.
