Unfortunately my access point is upstairs (where desktop computers and cable socket live) and stereo and SB are downstairs. It's an old house and quotes for cabling between floors have been pretty scary. I have been thinking about getting a second router for downstairs if I can find a way to wirelessly bridge to the one upstairs, or perhaps look at a bigger antenna, or something....Reception is fine in the lounge room, but drops off if I wander into the kitchen or the backyard. I'm thinking about my options as I'm seriously considering a SB Receiver/outdoor speakers set-up and I may need a better wireless signal for the SBR at the back of the house.
