The tag for MP3 is 'USLT' for 'unsynchronized lyrics text' or some such (there is also a synchronized lyrics tag which includes timing information for Karaoke type players, but I don't know of anything that uses it). It is just a plain text set of lyrics, formatted as a series of lines. If you set this tag, (or TXXX LYRICS) it nicely shows the lyrics in the web interface for that track, which is very nice, but yeesh, if you think setting Album Art sucks....
