Unless i turn of the *servers* firewall. MY other SB things have no problems as i configured port 3483, 9000, 9092, 9090 on my servers firewall, it happily serves SB3,SBR,BOOM .
And my controller also on 7.4 beta is happy with no connection issues. But SqueezePlay for windows running under wine on my Ubuntu machine, was working for a couple of days but no more same issues, an old version built from svn is still functioning as a remote (no audio on ubuntu 8.10 ) Server is a small linux machine with CC4.2 . Web-UI works on all my machines More details Well SP on my win-XP EeePC connected once, but never more after reboot. Even weirder is that it is actually visible in the web-UI and i can play music on it but SqueezePlay it self is not aware of it if I look at the gui on SP . I have configured windows firewall and avast, I can use these w/o problems The only thing that helps is turning of the servers firewall (win-XP firewall can be on etc no problem ). One would think that SqueezePlay does the same things vs the network regardless of the OS it's running on ?
