Does the Squeezeplay desktop (linux or win) software have the ability for local file playback without a separate server, like the functionality of the Touch?
Is there a location that the software is looking for audio files? Before I got squeezeplay connected to my server i got the screen recommending attaching a usb HDD or a SD card. I know the touch has a version of the squeezebox server running on it, but i guess it could be a separate installation not included with squeezeplay desktop. any ideas? I would like to test the server capabilities of the touch and if squeezeplay replicated this it would be great. -- colincliff ------------------------------------------------------------------------ colincliff's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=36572 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=78781 _______________________________________________ jive mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/jive
