thanks for the play by play.  but i have to say for all those "novice"
users, doing the above seems a lot more complicated than it looks.  i
guess what most folks are looking for is just a .cab to install.  i
love my hd2, but this is a common problem in comparison to andriod or
iphone (both of which already have very easy to install and use
squeezebox applications).  any way to make this happen?
