The following test worked as expected: Thread Group - Simple Controller - - HTTP Header Manager 1 - - HTTP Sampler 1 - Simple Controller - - HTTP Header Manager 2 - - HTTP Sampler 2 - Tree View The same happens with Cookies. According to the Usermanual, local config elememts are supposed to override ones in the parent branch, but this does not appear to be happening.
