The normal way to contribute patches and enhancements is via Bugzilla.

I need to clarify what else might need to be done, as I assume at
least some of the work in producing the code was paid for by your
employer.

Yes, there are some areas of the proxy server that need updating to
handle binary data correctly.

No work has been done on integrating JMX into JMeter as far as I know.

We would probably need a software grant before we could accept the code...
