The patch proposes to add set/get ToolTip methods for these. However
using the same name overrides the ToolTip methods for the superclass.
Setting a ToolTip on a JPanel has now effect when mousing over it, at
least on my system. That's why i changed it to set the ToolTip of the
TextField/Area.
