I have found error in ELAPSED TIME returned from slaves. In statistical mode
should be returned sum of individual elapsed times from same samplers (width
same URL). But it is returned delay between start of first sampler with the URL
and end of last sampler with the same URL.
For example, in one summary are cumulated results of 2 loops of a thread. Then
slave sends delay between starts of threads + elapsed time of the sampler in
second loop.
