Hi, I just checked the fixes into CVS (our source code control system). JMeter no longer requires JDK1.3.
If you need this immediately, you'll have to extract it from CVS. Otherwise, wait until the build of the 28th takes place and you can download it from the 2001-09-28 nightly build at http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/jakarta-jmeter/nightly/ If you just have to have it ASAP, I can send you the ApacheJMeter.jar.
