thats because i forget to save the test plans that didn't work.
i now use a better way (the value i had to grab is now included in the
httpsession and jmeter seems to handle it very well)

i hoped that would work but i wasn't sure. 
but what about the request that don not need the commons assertions ? i
also have to request some wav files.
