I didn't ask your question, because I simply don't know. I'm using latest CVS versions of jMeter and I've never seen FileReported (I suspect it's some obsolete component). jMeter now collects samples to xml log file, which contains timestamp of a sending request. There are also some viewers to samples, but I AFAIK none of them shows this timestamp.
