I know this sounds like a trivial thing, but for some reason the various icons in the JMeter gui do not appear when I run it - just the Swing default ones. I followed the installation instructions exactly, I think. Yes this is trivial but I am trying to evangelize JMeter in my organization and want it to look as professional as the overpriced commercial product I hope to beat with it. Any ideas how I can fix the configruation?
