OS: Windows XP JMeter: 1.8 Java: 1.4.1_01 I am trying to utilize JMeter to do some load testing on PostgreSQL through the JDBC interface. Everytime I close JMeter, though, my Windows XP system crashes. Yes, I mean the entire system just shuts off after displaying for a brief couple of seconds what appears to be memory references all over the screen in no apparent order. There are no entries to reference under $JMETER_HOME/bin/jmeter.log as to what the problem may be. Has anyone experienced this? I am brand new to JMeter and so I am not sure how to go about resolving this. Any help will surely be appreciated.
