It is probably worth you reading some background material on regular expressions. Jmeter uses Perl regulaer expressions so have a look at:

To match a line that contains "/jsp/InterchangeDetails.jsp" anywhere on the line, use the following as the regular expression, for example in the "Patterns to test" part of a "Response Assertion" try:

   /jsp/InterchangeDetails.jsp

Then add an "Assertion Results" listener to view the results.
