I just downloaded version 2.0.3 (Win XP) and was trying to create a HTTP Request Defaults

element to my Jmeter Test Plan.  But I didn't see a way to specify 
whether the request should use Get or Post.  The JMeter online docs 
indicate there should be a field named "Method" on the "HTTP Request 
Defaults" form, but I don't see it.  Is this form missing something?  If 
not, how should I specify that it use a Post request?
