Possibly the jtl file includes output from two different versions of
JMeter? It shoould be fairly obvious if this is the case.

If not, please create a Bugzilla issue and attach the jtl file and
jmeter.properties.
Remove or obfuscate any passwords or login details first (and check
that the modified jtl still shows the same problems!)
