Try ... - adding a Recording Controller to the WorkBench as well. - double check that the HTTP proxy Server is pointing to WorkBench -> Recording Controller. - check/verify that the Connection settings in your Foxfire/Internet Exploder are indeed pointing to the Proxy Server localhost:9090.
