The JavaSampler interface is rather different from the others - you
only need to create the sampler class (must extend
AbstractJavaSamplerClient). The GUI is generic

But I'd recommend using the "normal" approach unless you are prepared
to put up with the limitations of the JavaSampler GUI - all the
samplers appear on the same GUI, selected by a drop-down box.
Parameters are provided in a simple list only.
