I've tracked the issue down to the presence of the HTTP URL Re-writing Modifier (which I forgot to model in my earlier e-mails). Without it, all JDBC requests are processed; with it, only the first one is. However, without it the second HTTP request fails because the jsessionid from the first request is not added. Should I report this as a bug? Is there another way to add the jsessionid to the second HTTP request? It's not a parameter, so I can't use that approach.
