The Proxy recorder cannot record HTTPS traffic. If it could, HTTPS would not be secure.

Hi All, I am encountering a problem while using Jmeter. I did all the required setting to use the HTTP proxy server and it was running fine , but when I came next morning and tried to start recording then the proxy server was not able to open the secure site (site having Login form) for other site the recording is working perfectly. I have not made any changes from the last day. If I don't use Jmeter proxy server then I can access all the sites (So there should not be any issue with the TCP/IP properties). I have checked many such related issues on net but could not find any solution to my problem. Please help me to resolve this issue.
