There was a change on the RE Post-Processor in 2.3 - it now allows matching against the Response Code and the Response Message.
JMeter should maintain the previous setting - however it is worth checking that one of these is not selected by mistake. Otherwise, I don't think there was any change in the RE handling between 2.3RC4 and 2.3. Do other REs work OK for you? Any errors in the log file?
