Sorry if there has been no reply; I assume no-one with experience of JMS is reading this.
That includes me ;-) Not knowing JMS, these suggestions may be useless: How do you know that the messages are on the queue? Can you read them with a different application? Can you read any JMS messages with JMeter? Just something to try.
