Assertions and child SampleResults

Hi,

The MailReaderSampler creates a child SampleResult for each message 
retrieved.

Is it possible to test assertions on this child results? I tried to add 
a ResponseAssertion which checks if the response data contains a string. 
 But it only checks the response data of the parent result.
