Parameterizing file in HTTP Request

I have an HTTP Request Sampler that sends a file with the request.  The file 
needs to have some unique content, an order ID.  Is there a way to parameterize 
the files in real-time or is there a way to fake the file upload with a 
parameter that is parameterizable?
