Sounds like the WSDL file is being found, but JMeter cannot understand
the format.

Since the WSDL file is only used to populate some fields on the
sampler, and is not actually used when testing, I suggest you examine
the WSDL file in an editor and copy the relevant fields to the sampler
manually.
