That's because it's a proxy server, which is used for recording
browser sessions.

It's easy enough to specify HTTP[S] proxies:

I've no idea if these work with SOCKS or not.
Does Java support SOCKS proxies? If so, try defining the relevant
properties, see later on in the same document for setting properties.
