I think you can use JDBC Sampler
(http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/component_reference.html#JDBC_Request).
Use query type 'update', put your SQL insert statement in SQL Query
text input. A Test Plan example can be found in the same site
(http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/build-db-test-plan.html)
