As per Deepak's reply, you need to put all your parameters in a single
"value" field and leave the "name" field empty. In my case it looked
like this:
token=${token}&caller=${caller}&annotation=${annotation}&group=${group}

I've read your thread regarding Put method for JMeter. I'm having
the same trouble right now, and I was wondering how you got yours
working? I don't understand the manuals and there's no available example
for jmeter using the put method for http request.
